First Sip Friday: Pairings (Flavors of Summer)
You've heard red wine pairs with steak and white wine with fish but why? Salty or sour foods can completely change the taste of a wine, for better or worse. Each monthly "pairings" class will focus on a taste sensation (salty, sour, bitter, sweet) and feature a group of wines. You will be the taste tester to see what works and what doesn’t. After this class, you’ll be the go-to person for wine pairings!
