The view from the top of the steps at the Philadelphia Museum of Art is hard to beat, and starting May 4, you can take in the grandeur with a cocktail in hand every Friday. In conjunction with the museum’s Art After 5 live music series, Martinis on the Portico present the opportunity to order a drink from Starr Events mixologists and enjoy it outside, beneath the majestic columns of the museum’s doors.

As the setting sun glints on the skyline and City Hall, sip on a Sunset (limoncello, cassis and lime), a Tiki Tumbler (rum, pineapple and lime) or assorted other options at the pay-as-you-go affair. All are welcome (21+ to drink); you don’t have to be a member or even RSVP in advance. Just show up to listen to the tunes and stroll on the terrace for an evening of fun.
