On Tuesday, October 29, Chef Troy Guard and winemaker James Foley of Seamus Wines team up for a five-course wine dinner at Guard's TAG Restaurant in Larimer Square.
On the menu for the evening are Maine Lobster Carpaccio, Steamed Monkfish, Beef Cheek Sauberbraten, Colorado Lamb Loin and Chocolate and Dried Cherry Tart. Each course is paired with a Seamus Wine. Reservations are required and can be made by emailing events@tag-restaurant.com or call 303-996-9985. Cost is $85 per person.
