Oregon Beer Dinner

Our intimate monthly dinners allow Chef Wes Morton to serve a style of food close to his heart and heritage: simple, Southern and family-style. The dinners begin with a reception and passed hors d’oeuvres. Guests then enjoy a family-style supper with drink pairings and live music. On Saturday, Janury 11, Executive Chef Wes Morton and his team are presenting a Pacific Northwest Beer & Venison Dinner.
