Flying Dog Invites You to Celebrate the Release of The Dead Rise Cookbook at Wit & Wisdom, July 31

Flying Dog Invites You to Celebrate the Release of The Dead Rise Cookbook at Wit & Wisdom, July 31

Iconic Maryland spice Old Bay turned 75 this year, Flying Dog’s Dead Rise Old Bay Summer Ale was the smash hit of beer releases in Baltimore this summer, and Flying Dog is now selling its latest creation, The Dead Rise Cookbook, featuring recipes from local top chefs like Bryan Voltaggio, Spike Gjerde, and Mike Isabella. So what is it time for these success stories to do now? Celebrate, of course!

And celebrate they will. On Thursday, July 31, from 6 - 8:30 PM, Wit and Wisdom at the Four Seasons will host one impressive party on their waterside patio featuring chef action stations by their own Executive Chef Zach Mills (who is also featured in the cookbook) as well as Executive Pastry Chef Dyan Ng and “thoughtfully paired” beers. Party goers can nosh on unlimited food from the stations while sipping on Flying Dog’s best brews and getting down to tunes from bluesy rock band, Ruben Montoya Band.

The best part? All of you Flying Dog fans are invited to join in the celebration! $55 buys a ticket that includes unlimited food and beer pairings at each station all while enjoying one of the most epic views of Baltimore’s waterfront.
