ViewHouse Centennial Celebrates Colorado Proud Month

Home Grown

Join the ViewHouse in Centennial for a special four-course dinner on Wednesday, August 17, when the eatery celebrates Colorado Proud Month. An open-air dining room will feature a dinner made with local meats and produce, craft cocktails and live acoustic music.

August is Colorado Proud Month, a way to help create awareness for Colorado Proud’s new “Follow Your Fruit and Veggies” initiative, a campaign to teach local consumers about food and agricultural products grown, raised or processed in Colorado. A number of Colorado purveyors will be featured including Tender Belly, Mt. Man Nut & Fruit, Haystack Goat Cheese, and Rocky Mountain Eggs. These dishes will be paired with local wine and spirit makers Spring 44 and Infinite Monkey Theorem.

Tickets are $55 per person, not including tax or gratuity, and guests must be 21 or older. Reservations are required and can be made by calling 303-848-3366.
