The Beers of Winter

We will break out the big guns for this BAB dinner... that's Big Ass Beers.  I've cellared many beers for several years and we're going to pop a few.  I'll be doing my year-end inventory of this crazy stuff and then decide which beer to serve.  This will be in the Back Bar only, which means we can only accomodate 25 guests.
