Four Course Beer Pairing Dinner with Italian Craft Beers
Tuesday, March 6th, 2012 - a.kitchen on 18th St. in Philadelphia hosts Iacopo Lenci of Birrificio Brùton and his portfolio of Italian Craft Beers for an evening of great food prepared by Chef Bryan Sikora paired with great beers brewed by Iacopo and Birrificio Bruton.
Chef Sikora and a.kitchen which recently received a "3 Bell" rating from Craig Laban will pair twelve menu items with four Birrificio Bruton Beers.
Some say that Italy is the next craft beer frontier and Iacopo Lenci and Birrificio Bruton are helping to lead the way producing innovative beers in Lucca, Italy located in the Tuscany region and birthplace of Puccini!
Guests will have the choice of an Al a Carte' pairing menu or Four Course Dinner with Bruton Beer pairings for $65.
The paired dinner service will start at 6:30PM until at least 9:00PM – so come at your leisure – but reservations are suggested – enjoy great food, great drink and great company with Iacopo Lenci of Birrifico Bruton and Chef Sikora and the a.kitchen staff!
