American craft brewing is booming, and the Carolina region is home to a growing number of great beers (and will soon add New Belgium Brewing to its roster). On Thursday, April 19, both the Georgetown and Dupont Circle outposts of Pizza Paradiso will highlight the output of North and South Carolina breweries.
From 5 PM–close, head to the bars hidden in these popular pizza joints to sample creations from Asheville Brewing, Duck Rabbit, Foothills, Higland, Mother Earth, Olde Hickory, Pisgah, Westbrook and more. Everything is pay-as-you-go, though if you arrive before 7 PM you may be able to snag pours at the happy hour price of half-off. Either way, it's a good chance to try some new brews.
