SPTR Allagash Pig Dinner
Join SPTR and Allagash Brewing for a nose-to-tail dinner featuring Country Time pork paired with rare Allagash draughts. This feast, created by SPTR's Chef Scott Schroeder, will include dishes like pig foot scrapple and sweet chicharones with vanilla ice cream. We will pour Allagash Bourbon Black, Confluence, Fluxus '12, Hugh Malone, Smoke & Beards, and more. Philly's first lady of beer, Suzy Woods, will join us to chat Allagash.
