While tending bar, the highly regarded mixologist will be showing off his drink-making magic with cocktails mixed, shaken and poured with Appleton Estate Rum. Naturally, the super-friendly and extremely knowledgeable Shine will demonstrate and explain his award-winning techniques and philosophies.
