Bill Murray Rang in 2016 on Philly's Main Line

Bill Murray must really love Philly, because after his September bar tour, he stopped back to celebrate New Year’s Eve at a bar on the Main Line.

After attending a men’s basketball game at Villanova (his son Luke coaches basketball at Xavier University, who played against Villanova on Thursday), he stopped by Black Powder Tavern in Wayne for a veal burger and some drinks. According to The Town Dish, Murray told his server, Alex Seadan, "Don’t call me sir. You can call me madame for all I care." He also apparently made the rounds at the tavern by walking around and introducing himself to eager and excited guests.

I think we all know what the lesson to be learned here is - whenever you’re out in Philly, keep your eyes peeled for Bill Murray. He could be lurking anywhere.
