TAG Restaurant will host a special dinner featuring a guest chef going plate-for-plate with Chef Troy Guard on Wednesday, January 18. Enjoy a five-course meal with optional wine pairing in beautiful Larimer Square.
Chef Tyler Kennett of Harvest in Boston will trade plates with Chef Guard in a variety of dishes showcasing both New England and Rocky Mountain tastes. Each plate can be paired with naturally made Lioco Wines of California.
Reservations are $85 without wine and $125 with the wine pairings, but tax and gratuity are extra. There is also an opening reception at 6 PM with complimentary small bites and sips. Call 303-996-9985 for reservations.
