Mardi Gras Food + Drinks + Block Party

Acadiana's southern comfort favorites are getting jazzed up for a special Mardi Gras celebration on Monday, February 11 and Fat Tuesday, February 12. With the four-course prix fixe menu, offered from 5:30-10:30PM, guests can indulge in the flavors of New Orleans starting with an amuse bouche of Oysters Bienville followed by Crawfish Jambalaya or Buffalo Frog Legs with a Cheddar Cheese Grit Cake, Crispy Ham and Holy Trinity Aioli.

On Tuesday, February 12, Bayou Bakery, Coffee Bar & Eatery will serve as the official Mardi Gras headquarters of Arlington, VA for its third consecutive year with native New Orleanian chef David Guas at the helm.
