Back in September, we held our first-ever class with Skillshare, the “community marketplace for offline classes,” and it was a roaring success. Participants called it “a fantastic night,” described our teacher as “able to answer every question thrown at him” and said the experience “ took my respect to a whole new level.” (Blush.) So this spring, we’re doing it again!

Register now for Become One With Your Beer: Beer 101 on Thursday, April 12, to learn everything you need to survive in a beer-drink-beer world (and especially a beer geek community as competitive as Philadelphia).

Armed with a great assortment of brews, we’ll lead you through the steps of beer tasting, sampling a variety of different styles and labels. We’ll discuss how to review a beer, how to store your brews, and what “ABV” means. We’ll also offer a general overview of beer terminology, and provide a guide to “Never Drinking Skunked Beer Again.”

After you’ve had plenty of educational sips, we’ll open up the floor for a little Q&A. Everything goes down from 7–8:30 PM at Drink Philly World Headquarters (239 Chestnut Street, 2nd Floor).
