The Breakfast Sour at The Trestle Inn
The intention behind the original cocktails was that they were supposed to be a breakfast drink. Then Prohibition came and mucked it all up, but lucky for us, The Trestle Inn is a bit old school (to say the least). The Breakfast Sour features bacon-washed bourbon, maple syrup, orange juice and an egg white. Breakfast of champions.
