Ristorante Panorama Launches New Cocktails and New Tasting Menu

It’s summer in the city, and Ristorante Panorama offers cool respite from the heat with a view of the Delaware waterfront. The Front Street bar might be known for wine — with the world’s largest, 150-bottle cruvinet system, it’s obvious why — but the cocktail list there is also worth checking out.

The new summer beverage menu includes nine drinks that range from tropical to classic to creative, and all but one are priced at a reasonable $12. We’re looking forward to refreshing with the Ruby Royale (prosecco spiked with St. Germain and topped off with ruby grapefruit juice) and finishing off sultry evenings with the Italian Rye Manhattan (Bulleit rye, Punt e Mes, Angostura bitters and an Amarena cherry). During 5–7 PM, Monday–Friday happy hour, signature cocktails are $4 off. Check out the full list below.

After you start off with one of these sips, continue on with the three-course prix fixe tasting menu, new for the month of June. For just $35 per person, you’ll get mozzarella with proscuitto, scallops with peaches and shiitake mushrooms and then finish with a Key lime tart. If you opt for the sommelier-selected wine pairings for an additional $18.75, you’ll be treated to three pours of Italian vino to complement your supper.
