Ristorante Panorama's August Tasting Menu
There’s a new prix-fixe tasting menu available at Ristorante Panorama on Front Street in Old City. For the month of August, $35 will bring you three courses from chef Rosario Romano, including a starter of gnudi, a main course of jumpo shrimp and a dessert of limoncello tiramisu.
The special menu is available every night, and can be paired with a wine flight for an additional $18.75. This month’s wines include two vintages from Italy and a late harvest Riesling from Washington state. Check out the menu below and then call for reservations.
August Tasting Menu ($35)
Gnudi con Funghi
pillows of ricotta, mozzarella, speck and Tuscan kale in a browned butter and rosemary sauce with wild mushrooms
Gamberi con Finocchio
pan-seared jumbo shrimp, fennel and orange topped with honeyed orange glaze
Limoncello Tiramisu
housemade limoncello-soaked ladyfinger biscotti, dusted with espresso powder and layered with lemon zest-sweetened mascarpone over limoncello cream sauce
