Cavanaugh's Headhouse Brew & Chew With Otter Creek and Wolaver's Brewing, September 5
In 1991, Otter Creek Brewing began producing a stable of relatively traditional craft brews in Middlebury Vermont. In 1997, proprietors began a new division of strictly organic ales under the moniker Wolaver’s Organic Brewing. On Thursday, September 5, beers from both lineups will be featured in the monthly Brew & Chew at Cavanaugh’s Headhouse.
When you RSVP in advance (here), just $20 at the door will get you into the Headhouse Square bar for two hours of all-you-can-drink of four of these Vermont beers. During the 8–10 PM tasting event, four different appetizers designed to pair with these brews will be served. It’s a deal of a night out, as well as a chance to taste something new.
