Vedge Spinoff, V Street, to Feature Natural Wines and Uncommon Beers
Exciting details are emerging this week on V Street, Rich Landau and Kate Jacoby’s highly anticipated follow up to Vedge.
According to Eater, the husband and wife team are shooting for a late summer or early fall opening at 126 S. 19th Street. Like Vedge, the new restaurant will be all vegan, but will focus on small plates inspired by global street food.
As for drinks, it sounds like the bar will have a pretty serious list of all natural wines that it will offer by the bottle and glass. Cocktails will share the menu’s global view, and a selection of “uncommon” beers will round things out.
