New Victory-Samuel Adams Collaboration Debuting at Sunday's Brewer's Plate
Here’s one more reason to get excited about the upcoming Brewer’s Plate on Sun., March 9 at the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts: A new collaboration beer from Victory Brewing Company and Samuel Adams will be making its debut there.
The new beer, Brewer’s Plate Stout, was brewed exclusively for Fair Food Philly’s 10th annual food and drink pairing festival. It will be available at the Kimmel Center on Sunday, as well as at Victory’s brewpub in Downingtown for a very limited time.
Rich robust and dark as night, the collaboration is a hop-heavy interpretation of a classic Irish Dry Stout, that was brewed with dark roasted malts, oats for complexity and softer landing for the dry and slightly bitter flavors.
Tickets to Brewer’s Plate are still available. If you haven’t already, get them before they are all sold out.
