It’s Philadelphia versus Pittsburgh this Saturday when the Flyers take on the Penguins. But that isn’t the only showdown going on. Philadelphia’s MilkBoy is taking on Pittsburgh’s D’s Six Pax & Dogs in a fight to the finish for the Lord Shawnee Cup.

Both bars will feature Shawnee’s Double Pale Ale for just $3, and a live simulcast between the bars will help prove which bar is the first to kick the keg. The first bar to kick the keg wins the Lord Shawnee Cup for a year. And bragging rights, of course. MilkBoy Partner Bill Hanson said “We thought it would be a fun and spirited rivalry between the two bars - and a cool way to spend the day.” MilkBoy will also be featuring complimentary bar snacks.

The puck drops at 1 PM so that’s also when the first beer will go out. If they Flyers win, everyone will enjoy a select $3 draft all day. So gather all the Flyers fans you know and bring them to 1100 Chestnut Street this Saturday and help Philly beat Pittsburgh!
