Sutton's Parlor Introduces New Spring Cocktail Menu

March has certainly come in like a lion this year, but that hasn’t stopped the crew at Sutton’s Parlor from shaking up some spring cocktails. This newer Rittenhouse lounge is eagerly awaiting the arrival of warmer days with bright and vibrant flavors.

Specialty cocktails include:

Pisco Negroni ($13)
Vinas De Ouro Pisco, Punt e Mes, Campari, Served with a Flamed Orange

Chartreuse Gimlet ($15)
Hayman’s Old Tom Gin, Green Chartreuse, Yellow Chartreuse, Cane Sugar, Lime, Cucumber, Mint, Served on a Rock

El Destilador ($17)
Ilegal Joven Mezcal, Dolin Blanc, Luxardo Maraschino, Chrysanthemum Bitters, Served with an Orange Twist

Maggie Valley Fiz ($14)
Rittenhouse Rye, Honey, Lemon, Heavy Cream, Egg, Yolk, Tonic, Served Tall

M-Cocktail ($16)
Laird’s Bonded, Amaro Ramazatti, Benedictine, Laphroig 10, Served with a Lemon Twist in an American Dark Oak Smoked Glass

Setzer Spritz ($15)
Plymouth Gin, Lemon, Aperol, Cane Sugar, Strawberry-Chocolate Jam, Served on crushed ice with a spoonful of Jam

If you’re looking for something a little less daring, Sutton’s has a list of six solid foundation cocktails like the Sour or Fizz for $10 each. Also available is the Punch Du Jour which you can order by the glass, bowl, or big bowl.

Sutton’s Parlor is open daily from 4 PM until 2 AM at 40 S. 19th Street. Here’s to March leaving like a lamb!
