In Philadelphia, we are fortunate to have easy access to a bounty of fun spots to sip, sample and slam, but sometimes a change of scenery is in order. To help you get ready for vacation season, we’ve taken one of America’s most beloved pastimes, the day trip, and added a little booze to it. Lucky for us, there are plenty of places right outside of the city and within about an hour or so’s drive, so jump into your car (or rent a car, and then jump into it), and head-out to explore beer, wine, and spirits tours. Please remember, we want you back safe and sound, so go easy, take turns being designated driver, or find a bed and breakfast to make it a fun overnight getaway.
