Panorama in Old City is holding a tasting with sommeliers William Eccleston and Giacomo DiLisi of Soilair Selection.

On Saturday, June 14, from 12-2 PM, you can enjoy cheese and light hors d’oeuvres while tasting and learning all about organic and biodynamic wines from Soilair Selection. Soilair Selection is focused on bringing the best, most unique wines to their market. The trends towards natural winemaking will be discussed while exploring the flavors and dimensions of six wines new to the Philly area.
