Milkboy Introduces Expanded Selection of Citywide Specials
The ubiquitous cheap shot-and-beer combo known around these parts as the Citywide Special has come a long way from its humble origins as the $3, Pabst-and-Jim Beam house special at Bob and Barbara’s Lounge. Nearly 20 years after its inception, the Citywide, in its many manifestations, is now offered at just about every bar in town.
Milkboy, which has been offering its own Straub Lager and Heaven Hill variation since opening in 2011, is now rolling out an expanded line of Citywide Specials. The five new themed combinations range from Pennsylvania-made to New Orleans-inspired, and cost between $6 and $16. Check out the full lineup below.
Shot & Beer - Heaven Hill $ Straub Lager $6
Fireball and Hard Cider $9
The Pennsylvanian - Shine White Whiskey and Sly Fox $10
Black & Tan -Baileys Irish Creme and Young's Chocolate Stout $12
El Jefe - Patron Silver and Tecate $13
