Fitler Dining Room Launches Daily Happy Hour
Fitler Dining Room chef Rob Marzinsky is rolling out some new happy hour action at his critically acclaimed Fitler Square neighborhood corner bistro.
He’s using the opportunity to try out some new dishes, and reinforce the fact that although polished and focused on delivering perfection, Fitler Dining Room is anything but fussy. So why not encourage guests to kick back there with friends and share some drinks and small plates in the early evening?
Every night — weekends included — things will get happy from 5 PM - 7 PM. A constantly changing menu of special small bites will offered, as will a selection of discounted drinks.
To get things started, Fitler Dining Room will serve half-price oysters; Chef’s Daily Cheese selection ($3 per piece); local veggies with a dip of the day ($5); JFC Sandwich, Japanese fried chicken on a sesame semolina roll with cabbage slaw and bread-and-butter pickles ($10); and heirloom popcorn dusted with Rogue Creamery Blue Heaven ($3). Happy hour drinks specials include a seasonal sangria served with summer berries for $5 per glass and $23 per pitcher; and Tiger Lager cans for $3.
