Sierra Nevada is taking its wildly popular Beer Camp on the road this summer, and lucky for all of us, one of the seven cities it has chosen to touch down in is Philadelphia.

From noon - 5 PM on Saturday, August 2, the pioneering Chico, CA based brewery will preside over of day’s worth of suds-sipping fun at Penn Treaty Park. As with other festivals on the tour, Sierra Nevada invited more than 250 breweries from up and down the East Coast to contribute a keg or two to the one-of-a-kind selection of craft beers that will be keeping campers happy all day. In addition to beer, the daylong affair will feature food trucks and other vendors, as well as live music.

Tickets, which include a glass and unlimited tastings, run $65 per person in advance, and $70 the day of the event. Designated driver tickets are available for $30.

In addition to Beer Camp, Sierra Nevada is also offering up 12-packs (cases here in Pennsyltucky) featuring beers from 12 of the nation’s top-rated craft breweries, including Victory, Russian River, Bells, Cigar City and more. Check your local beer store for it now.
