Black Powder Tavern Hosts Allagash Beer Dinner, Wed., July 23
Wayne’s Black Powder Tavern is going to give Allagash Brewing Company a real taste of colonial-era history on Wednesday, July 23, when the Maine-based brewery joins the restaurant and bar for a special dinner.
While the menu being served boasts a selection of tasty, contemporary dishes, the dinner’s setting will deliver the history lesson. Dinner includes dishes like char-broiled Atlantic salmon, chicken tacos on grilled corn tortillas, and a trio of sliders. Each course will be paired with a different Allagash beer. Check out eh full menu here.
The dinner, which runs from 7 PM - 9 PM, costs $50 per person, and requires reservations. Call 610-293-9333 to book a seat.
