'More Dinner-Friendly' Tria Coming to Fitler Square
Looks like the erstwhile annexation of Dmitri’s in the Fitler Square neighborhood will soon be home to yet another branch of wine-beer-and-cheese temple Tria. The Insider reports Jon Myerow and company are shooting for an opening sometime before the end of year.
Like the last offshoot, the beer-focused Tria Taproom, this latest spin-off will broaden the scope of the classic Tria concept. There will be wine. There will be beer. And there will be cheese, obviously.
But the big difference at Fitler Square will be a “more dinner-friendly” approach with a full kitchen turning out dinner daily and brunch on weekends. Here's hoping for a speedy opening.
