December’s Brew & Chew is not your average beer pairing event. This time around, Cavanaugh’s Headhouse is kicking things up a notch with a few super rare beers for your tasting pleasure.

On Wednesday, December 17, from 7–9 PM, Cav’s is welcoming some premium Goose Island beers to the Brew & Chew lineup. The four selected brews for this month are Goose Island’s Matilda and Lolita alongside Bourbon County Stout and Bourbon County Vanilla Rye. Yep, you read that right. Two premium Goose Island brews, two rare Bourbon County offerings, one event. This isn’t a Brew & Chew to pass on.

Since the beer offerings are a bit more rare and more expensive than usual, a few things will be slightly different from other Brew & Chew events. First, each guest will only be allowed one of each beer. Additionally, Cav’s will be capping the event at 50 guests, so don’t wait to get your tickets. And finally, tickets will be $35 instead of the usual $25. That’s still a great price for a night of awesome beers paired with delicious hors d'oeuvres.
