The Holiday Social at the Neighborhood House in Old City, Dec. 17

The Holiday Social at the Neighborhood House in Old City, Dec. 17

Come out to the Neighborhood House next to Christ Church Wednesday, December 17, from 6–8 PM for an evening of food, drinks, fashion, fun and charity. Cradles to Crayons and Northeast Treatment Centers are teaming up to collect clothing for the underprivileged youth of Philadelphia at their Holiday Social in Old City. How it works: You bring the clothes, the kids select their favorite pieces of clothing and a team of stylists put together an outfit for them to model down the runway. Sound adorable? It is.

Food and drinks will be provided by the event sponsors, which include East River Bank, The Boyler Room, Primos Hoagies, Brauhaus Schmitz, Wursthaus Schmitz, True Voice Media and Dharma Ventures. Drinks for the evening include: beer, wine, champagne and a signature event cocktail created by The Boyler Room.

Tickets are free! All you have to do is RSVP here, however cash and/or clothing donations are recommended. If you can’t make it to the event, but want to do your part, you can make a donation here, or there are two locations where you can drop off your clothing donations:

20 N American Street (2nd and Market next to Christ Church)

Northeast Treatment Centers
