Learn about the history of tattoos and explore the Seaport Museum’s special tattoo exhibit all weekend long. Portions of the exhibit will be on display in the beer garden including a tattooed sailor that is perfect for photo ops. If you don’t have any ink of your own, Independence Seaport Museum will be handing out plenty of temporary tattoos to make you feel like a real sailor. Tattoo scavenger hunts and quizzo will take place throughout the weekend and prizes include plenty of Sailor Jerry swag.

On Saturday, hangout with Cubby the pirate from 1–5 PM, Ian from Sailor Jerry from 5–7 PM, and Dan and the Dockhands will be performing from 8–10 PM. On Sunday, see the one man show “Defending the Caveman” and hang out with the Caveman himself at the tavern after the show.

Sip on drinks like The Admiral made with Sailor Jerry’s Spiced Rum and ginger beer and craft brews from Troegs and Victory. Smoke Delights will be out all weekend again providing delicious eats like chicken, seitan, and beef skewers, pork loin sandwiches, coleslaw, potato salad, elote (Mexican corn), and more.

The Tall Ships Tavern is open Friday from 5–11 PM, Saturday from 12–11 PM, and Sunday from 12–7 PM. The Tavern is located on the second-floor patio at Independence Seaport Museum at Penn's Landing.
