Celebrate Fall in Style with Flask Cocktails from Coopers' Craft

by The Drink Nation on Sep 29, 2017 in Liquor

Spice up your autumnal drinking with coffee cocktails that fit perfectly in a flask made with Coopers’ Craft Kentucky Bourbon, which pairs perfectly with fall spices, cold brew, and more.

Coopers’ Craft, at just 82.2% ABV, is a lighter, softer bourbon than most, making it an ideal bourbon to mix into fall cocktails. Using a unique beech and birch finishing process, this refined toasted wood whiskey is an excellent companion to any fall Saturday, when you’d love a cocktail to go!

These flask-friendly cocktails are perfect for a fall picnic with friends, a day of apple-picking upstate, a cozy bonfire, or even an autumn wedding (what groom wouldn’t want a little pick-me-up in his pocket?), so be sure to pack them away for whatever seasonal excursion you choose this year.

Mix up any of these Coopers’ Craft cocktails, with recipes from brand ambassador Michael Ring, for National Coffee Day and beyond:

The Hip Sip
3 oz Coopers’ Craft Bourbon
2 oz Dry Curacao
3 oz Cold Brew Coffee
2-4 dashes Chocolate Bitters
Add all ingredients to measuring or mixing glass. Stir, and taste for sweetness level. Fill any 8 oz flask and enjoy responsibly!

Two Old Friends
5 parts Coopers’ Craft Bourbon
3 parts Korbel Brandy
1 parts Orange liquor
4-6 dashes Angostura Bitters
1 part Water
This sippable tipple combines 2 great Old-Fashioneds. It will warm up any cold night. Mix in a measuring cup then fill the clean flask with funnel.

Winter’s Warm-up
5 parts Coopers’ Craft
2 parts Apple Juice
2 parts Ancho Chile liquor
1 part Honey Syrup (1 cup Hot water mixed with 1 cup of Honey cool and will store up to 2 weeks.)

Mix all ingredients prior to filling flask and taste for sweetness level.
