Join Glenfiddich Ambassador Tracie Franklin for a 15 Year Solera Reserve Dinner at ITV, October 17
Nick Elmi's East Passyunk bar, ITV, will host Glenfiddich for an evening on Tuesday, October 17 from 6 PM - 9 PM, which will feature three courses and a journey through Glenfiddich's Solera vat.
For $60 per person, guests can enjoy three courses (created by Chef Elmi) paired with three unique whiskys from Glenfiddich, which are a part of the company's Solera Reserve collection. Each whisky in this group is made in a different type of barrel, ranging from ex-bourbon, ex-sherry, and New American oak, and after 15 years, the whiskies are moved into a Solera tun, an Oregon pine container which always keeps at least 50% of previous marriages in it. Each dinner course will be designed to pair with a different type of barrel used in the Solera process.
ITV's head bartender Jenee Craver will also be on hand to create a welcoming cocktail, a nightcap, and other cocktails throughout the night — and last but not least, Glenfiddich Ambassador Tracie Franklin will walk guests through how the Solera Reserve whiskies are created.
Get your tickets here, and don't miss out on this opportunity to try rare Scottish whiskies, learn from an expert, and taste one-of-a-kind dishes created especially for these whiskeys by award-winning chefs.
