Han Dynasty is Rolling Out a New Cocktail Menu Created by Hop Sing Laundromat
Japanese matcha powder, Vdka 6100 Vodka, heavy cream, Spanish vanilla liqueur, egg white, orange peel
Han Dynasty is rolling out a brand new cocktail created by Lê, owner and proprietor of Chinatown speakeasy Hop Sing Laundromat, marking the first time that several Han Dynasty restaurants have offered the same cocktail menu.
Belle Isle Honey Habanero Premium Moonshine, blueberry, lemon, lemongrass syrup, available mild or spicy
Lê has created ten to twelve different drinks, many of which are yet to be announced, to be served across several locations, including Old City and University City in Philadelphia and the Upper West Side, Brooklyn, and the East Village in New York City. The menu will not be available at any of the New Jersey locations (due to a lack of liquor licenses), nor will it be available at the Manayunk location.
After tasting the food, Lê set out to create a menu focused on Han Chiang's uniquely spicy cuisine, and each drink, many of which will also be available in mocktail form, will help cool you down after a large serving of dan dan noodles or spicy cucumbers.
The menu is available in most Han Dynasty locations and is expected to be released throughout each restaurant by June, and with Lê personally training each restaurant's bar staff, you'll be able to get Hop Sing Laundromat-quality cocktails at Han Dynasty.
