Bonesaw Brewing is Now Open in Glassboro, New Jersey
New Jersey has a brand new winery that's definitely worth a trip across the Delaware — Bonesaw Brewing, which recently opened in Glassboro.
Rich DiVerniero, one of the owners, details the brewery's story on their website — a former orthopedic surgeon who had always had a strong interest in brewing beer, he worked with two of his brothers in law, Alan and David Doe, to plan out the business side and overall management of the brewery. Luckily, they also brought on brewmaster AJ Stoll, an award-winning who has won medals at both the Great American Beer Festival and the World Cup.
Their new brewery, now open in Glassboro, includes a tasting room (which even has a pet-friendly area on the wraparound porch), and though it doesn't serve food, you're welcome to bring in any outside food you like while you pick up a growler of one of their brews. With signature beers like Silver Queen (a cream ale brewed with white corn), Le Petit Démon (a Belgian blonde) and The IPA Formerly Known as SWOOSH (a juicy IPA), there's certain to be something for everyone.
The brewery and tasting room are currently open on Fridays from 4 PM to 10 PM, Saturdays from 4 PM - 10 PM, and Sundays from 12 PM - 8 PM, so head across the river, stop in, and try one of this innovative new brewery's exceptional beers, and be sure to follow them on Facebook and Instagram as they continue to expand their hours and beer selection.
