Taps will partner with Scoop DeVille, The Bourse's ice cream shop that offers everything from baked goods to original ice cream flavors to custom soft serves, to serve up the ice cream shop's raspberry sorbet topped with Pinnacle Ridge Rosé for a perfectly refreshing pour-over that combines tart, light sorbet and a fantastic rosé varietal from Pinnacle Ridge, a local Pennsylvania winery based in Kutztown.
