The Negroni — a traditional Italian bitter drink made with equal parts gin, Campari and sweet vermouth — is a beloved drink across the globe, and with this week-long event, bartenders can serve up traditional Negronis or their ideal twists on the cocktail and raise money for the charity of their choice at the same time. Each participating bar and restaurant will choose a different charity, which will receive a portion of their proceeds specifically from their Negroni Week specials. There's a ton of spots celebrating the Negroni in Philly for this year's festivities, all of which support a variety of amazing causes.
