Independence Day 2019: Where to Celebrate July 4th in Philadelphia
It's time once again for the Fourth of July, and there's no better place to celebrate than in the city where the Declaration of Independence was signed on this very day in 1776. Here's where you can party Philadelphia-style on July 4 this year.

Thursday, July 4 through Sunday, July 7
Pork of July
Standard Tap
Head to No Libs for pork-tastic fun all weekend. The gastropub will be featuring tons of different BBQ dishes along with brews to match.

Thursday, July 4, 10 AM - 10 PM
Fireworks Spectacular on the Waterfront
Independence Seaport Museum
Spend the day at the Independence Seaport Museum and its surrounding ships, like the USS Olympia, and grab an advance ticket to watch the fireworks from their brand new Riverview Tavern, which has plenty of food and drink available for purchase and is right on the waterfront for perfect firework views. The fireworks begin around 9:30 PM, and tickets are $18 for adults and $14 for children.

Thursday, July 4, 12 PM - 7 PM
Party on the Parkway
Benjamin Franklin Parkway
The parkway will shut down on the 4th and open up to heaps of food trucks, beer gardens, and family friendly entertainment. There will be multiple music stages including a groove stage and a stage with musical acts. Best of all, the event is completely free to attend!

Thursday, July 4, all day
Burgers & Beers
Royal Boucherie
Old City's premier French bistro, Royal Boucherie, will be offering a special all day long on July 4, with a Boucherie Burger (which features luxe toppings like a truffle mayo and bacon) and a beer for just $20.

Thursday, July 4, all day
Independence Jawn Cocktails
Red Owl Tavern
Where better to celebrate the day than Red Owl Tavern, which is located right across from Independence Hall? Try their specialty cocktail of the day, the Independence Jawn, made with white rum, Demerara rum, Peychaud's bitters, and muddled blueberries, which they'll serve all day.

Thursday, July 4, 7 PM- 10 PM
Wawa Welcome to America Concert and Fireworks
Benjamin Franklin Parkway
Cruise into the evening of July 4 with musical performances by Putbull, Heather Headley, and the Philly POPS BIG Band, just to name a few! Fireworks kick off over the Art Museum as soon as the closing act sings the last tune.
