The holiday season is officially upon us, which means you probably have at least one holiday soiree in the works — so let one of Philadelphia's industry experts teach you how to throw the perfect party.
On Wednesday, November 20 from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM at Fishtown's Liberty Kitchen, Nathan Weigert, who has worked across the city at some of its best bars (most recently, you could spot him behind the stick at Alpen Rose), is working with Home Brewed Events to help you "Punch Up Your Party," where he'll teach guests how to make awesome big batch cocktails perfect for every kind of holiday party.
Attendees will learn about the history of punch-style drinks, take home recipes for punches, taste a few different varieties of punch, and even get the chance to learn how to make some of the drinks themselves.
