FDR "I think this would be a good time for a beer" party
FDR "I think this would be a good time for a beer" party - On March 23rd, 1933, FDR signed the Cullen-Harrison Act which allowed the manufacturing and sale of beer in the U.S. at 3.2% alcohol. He was quoted while signing the act saying, "I think this would be a good time for a beer."
Lets just run with this and have a "just because" type of celebration. Sponsored by Tub Gin. Tub Gin? Well they are pretty cool.
We will see how many 3.2 abv beers we can find. And of course we will have some special Tub Gin drinks too. More details to come.
