A Few Seats Remain for Beer & Steer Dinner at Paramour, Jan 24

Want to get a taste of Diesel, the fresh-hopped stout from Brooklyn’s Sixpoint brewery we just reviewed? Tomorrow evening is a perfect opportunity, when it will be one of many Sixpoint ales featured at the “Beer and the Whole Steer” dinner at the Paramour in the Wayne Hotel.

There are a limited number of seats still available for this January 24 event, at which chef Michael Giampa will showcase beef from Glenmoore, PA’s Why Not Farm in seven courses alongside the Sixpoint brews. Think cheesesteak sliders with Spice of Life Warrior IPA, beef tartare set off by The Crisp pilsner and hearty ribeye and sirloin balanced by the chocolate hoppiness of Diesel.

Tickets are $65 per person, including food and beverages, and the dinner gets going at 6:30 PM with just a single seating. Check out the full menu below, and make reservations by calling 610-977-0600.
