Cocktail Recipe: The Main Line at Verdad
Fans of creative drinks have found a landing place in the suburbs at Bryn Mawr’s Verdad. When the nuevo Euro-Latin restaurant and tequila bar opened a couple of years ago, it became a one of the first Main Line establishments to embrace the tapas and craft cocktail renaissance. Highlighting that fact (and perfect for spring) is our Drink of the Week, appropriately named The Main Line.

The Main Line
2 oz. vanilla-infused tequila blanco (regular tequila blanco will do)
1 oz. Liquor 43 (vanilla liqueur)
1 lime
3 thyme sprigs
¼ oz. agave nectar
Over ice, pour tequila, vanilla liqueur and agave nectar. Add one fresh squeezed lime. Shake well with thyme sprigs. Garnish with lime wheel.
