You’ll get a time estimate about when your driver will arrive. The drivers have your mobile number (entered when you first sign up), so when they get close, or if any questions arise, they’ll text or call you.

Uber contracts with professional, local drivers, so expect great service — they might even hold the door open for you. Step in, chat if you like, or just crash on the seat, and experience a smooth ride home. When the ride is over, you’ll get an emailed receipt, showing your 20% discount (if you entered the promo code before ordering the car).
