Panorama's Friday Night Wine Flight Happy Hour, September 28
Tucked into the Penn’s View Hotel along Front Street in Old City, Ristorante Panorama has the largest wine cruvinet system in the world (really — it’s certified by the Guinness Book of World Records). The availability of more than 120 wines by the glass means the there is always a great selection of wines by the glass, and means sommelier William Eccleston gets to meet a great many vintners and taste numerous wines.
Eccleston showcases some of his favorite rare and limited production wines each week at a Friday Night Flights of Wine happy hour from 6–8 PM. This week, on September 28, the evening will be dedicated to the wines of the Italian islands.
Your $25 advance ticket (or $35 at the door) includes tastes of four whites and three reds from Ischia, Elba and Capri, presented by City of Brotherly Love Imports owner Tony Jones. Check out the full list of the evening’s varietals below, and reserve your space online here (space is limited).
