Devil’s Den is gearing up to show how serious a beer bar it really is. On Thursday, February 7, the South Philly tavern will host a vertical tasting of super-strong beers from Easton, PA’s Weyerbacher.

Starting at 7 PM, guests can order flights featuring barleywine Blithering Idiot along with three different years of Weyerbacher Insanity, which is made by aging Blithering Idiot in oak bourbon barrels. Each vintage, from 2011, 2012 and 2013, will also be available in 10.5-oz. pours throughout the night.

If you don’t make it out on Thursday, pencil in February 20 for a Devil’s Den visit, because the bar will be hosting Fourplay with Stoudt’s, a night dedicated to the new Fourplay IPA from the Adamstown, PA brewers.
