Neshaminy Creek and Old Forge Kick the Keg Battle at Perch Pub, May 16
In honor of American Craft Beer Week, Perch Pub is putting two local craft favorites up to the test of a kick the keg battle. This Thursday, May 16, ascend the spiral staircase at Broad and Locust to drink pours of Neshaminy Creek Country Line IPA and Old Forge Unruly Rye IPA — how many you choose to down will determine the winner.
A roster of special beers from the two breweries will flesh out the taplist for the night. Look for Endless Summer, Overbite IPA and Montour Common from Danville, PA’s Old Forge. From Croydon, PA’s Neshaminy Creek, you’ll be able to choose from Trauger Pils, Tribute Tripel and Leon Imperial Stout. That’s all in addition to the battling kegs.
Don't forget that from 5–7 PM, there's a special happy hour for ACBW with half off all drafts. Then the kick the keg battle begins at 7 PM. Basically, get ready to drink a lot of really great craft beer.
