Sommelier to the stars Marnie Old is kicking off the new year with a new book, Wine: A Tasting Course. And on Tuesday, January 7, you can help her celebrate its release at Vintage Wine Bar & Bistro.

The evening gets underway at 6:30 PM with Old discussing her latest published work, and present some of its key lessons with interactive tasting stations, and some nibbles. Of course, signed copies of the book will be available for sale.

Like her previous books He Said Beer, She Said Wine: Impassioned Food Pairings to Debate and Enjoy: from Burgers to Brie and Beyond (co-authored with Dogfish Head founder Sam Calagione), and Wine Secrets, Wine: A Tasting Course, is engaging, easy to understand and informative while completely free of jargon. Fun infographics and eye-opening taste-along lessons gives readers the knowledge to discover wines they truly love, and the practical skills they need understand why they love them.
