Annual Beef & Beer Feast Returns to South Philadelphia Tap Room
You should consider borrowing a pair of stretchy maternity pants to wear to South Philadelphia Tap Room’s Fifth Annual Beef & Beer on Sun., Jan. 26, because Chef Scott Schroeder has a certifiably button-bursting spread lined up that your everyday slacks probably can’t withstand.
The beefy buffet for this year’s all-you-can-eat-and-drink feast will feature everything from classic beef tartare and a roasted beef short rib frankfurters to dry-aged Creekstone Farms New York strip steaks and much more. And for your drinking pleasure, the Tap Room has lined up five firkins from craft brewers from near and far, including Troegs Nugget Nectar, Dogfish Head 75 Minute IPA, Sly Fox Odyssey, and more.
